From Razorcake #153: Way fun '70's Seattle art punk band STUDENT NURSE reunites decades later to put out some cool records that sound like they've never skipped abeat, including this one, a selection of two 20225/2026 live shows opening for their pals in Mudhoney. Decent soundboard recordings - if a littlle bright - of an arty, howling band clearly doing it for the love of it. Gives a good indication of the band's sound, which tends to vacillate between mid-tempo punk tunes like "Right Time" and almost Primus-esque numbers like "Wacky Dog", heavy on almost rapped vocals and funk instrumentation. Like I said, it's a live record, so do with that what you will.
